This popular and well attended luncheon will feature a keynote address by the Cypress Mayor\, Stacy Berry\, who will be highlighting the City's accomplishments for the past year and outlines plans for future projects. The City will also honor its Business of the Year for the BRACE\, AGENT and SPIRIT programs.
