The event will be held on Tuesday\, August 11th\, 2026\, at the Residence Inn by Marriott at 4931 Katella Avenue\, Cypress/Los Alamitos\, starting at 7:30 a.m.\n\nOur presenter will explain the insurance claims process from the perspective of the average business owner. His presentation will focus on the rights every policyholder has but most don't know. He'll walk through how insurance claims really work\, where policyholders get taken advantage of\, and how you can protect yourself to make sure you receive everything you're entitled to under your insurance policy.\n\nJohn Petrov is the President and CEO of Action Public Adjusters\, representing homeowners\, business owners\, and property managers across California. With over 15 years in construction and restoration\, he brings a practical edge to evaluating damage and negotiating claims. John founded APA to help level the playing field after property damage occurs. His firm works as an advocate for the policyholder not the insurance company ensuring claims are properly documented\, strategically handled\, and fully maximized.\n\nIn the often complicated insurance claims process\, John emphasizes a hands-on approach and direct advocacy for clients. He will also share real-world strategies for guiding clients through complex and high-stress insurance claims.\n\n \n\n Each Chamber breakfast attendee will also have an opportunity to introduce themselves and share about their business before the program begins.
