August Networking Breakfast 2022
High-road practices can include things such as paying a living wage, offering family-friendly benefits, and developing sustainability incentive programs. From improved talent recruiting, to cost savings through reduced turnover, to improved consumer engagement, these practices can create a win-win situation for companies and their employees as well as help organizations, communities and the local economy. ECOS is well known for their human resources successes.
In her current role as Vice President of Human Resources for ECOS/Earth Friendly Products, Jennifer Lollino manages talent acquisition and strategy, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, safety and wellness programs. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and serves on the Cypress Chamber Board of Directors.
Each breakfast attendee will also have an opportunity to stand to introduce themselves and share a little about their business before the program begins.
Reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot for the monthly breakfasts and can be made here. Cost of the breakfast is $25.00. Early Bird Registration is $20.00. Attendees are also welcome to bring door prizes to promote their product or service. The program will include time for live networking, self-introductions, breakfast, our guest speaker and a question and answer session if time permits.
The Chamber breakfasts, which are open to the public, are held on the second Tuesday of every month. Space will be limited. To assure your seat, pre-register right here on the chamber website.
