Description
Chuck is the Founder and CEO of Landon HR Consulting. He is a native to Southern California and has spent over 30 years in Human Resource Management roles with major Fortune 500 companies (Domestic and International) including aerospace, automotive, and food and beverage industry.
He is experienced in Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution and Sales. He attended Long Beach State University and is degreed in Industrial Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He has also received numerous professional certifications and designations through the years including his SHRM-SCP, Applied Management and Law Certification, Professional Training and Facilitation Designation and Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Chuck and his family are long time Orange County and Long Beach area residents. He is also active in various leadership capacities in the support of the City of Los Alamitos (Personnel Commissioner), Masters in Global Logistics Graduate Program (Board Member - CSULB), Guest Speaker Series (CSULB and UCI), Los Alamitos Chamber of Commerce, his church, and several non-profit organizations.
